Sanhe is a county-level city administered by Langfang City, Hebei Province. It is located at the border of Beijing and Tianjin, and only one river away from Beijing. It is a county-level enclave with the largest area and the highest administrative level in China. It is 30 kilometers away from Tian'anmen in the west and 25 kilometers away from the Capital Airport in the northwest. It has jurisdiction over the east and west urban areas and is known as the "Jingdong Pearl". Sanhe is the hinterland around the capital, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, as well as the economic circle around the Bohai Sea, with huge development potential and broad development prospects. With a total area of 643 square kilometers, it ranks eighth in the smallest area of Hebei County. In 2010, the total population was 650,000.
